Could the 1959 “Pat Patriot ” ever retire his post from representing the New England Patriot branded icon for so many years? Well… the National Football League Properties thought so and commissioned EDG to create a new brand identity and uniforms for this lack luster New England Patriots NFL team back in early 90’s. With a creative brief articulating the use of red, white, and blue, with the accent of silver, and explore different ways to represent this All-American symbol, EDG designers created a sleek new logo that now depicts one of the most winningest teams in professional sports history books. Of course, EDG takes pride in the fact that the Pats have become the most dominant team since early 2000’s, winning the championship in three of the first five years of the decade. Yes, it must be the logo! After Robert Kraft personally selected our logo, EDG designers went on to design the New England Patriots uniforms, from helmets to their jerseys…we’ve created a winner!!
